Returns & Exchanges

At Unsettled Geeks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a piece doesn't fit your style or size, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
